Title: Communication Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA.
Contract: 6+months (renewed quarterly)
The work this candidate will be doing, is regular. Every month/quarter.
-Must have skills: Work with executives to prepare their presentations. (Director and above)
-MS Office skills especially PPT
-Wiki site using Webex Social
-4 to 5 years experience
-Experience at an enterprise/global company
-Normal hours (SJ time zone)
1. Social Community (WIKI), Emails, Quarterly Updates
-Manage / maintain the content for the social community
-Work with service content owners to ensure goup service pages are maintained
-Coordinate across Group: content such as Accomplishments, Factoids etc.
-Coordinate and manage content for internal Service Reviews
Periodic, predictable, proactive, accessible, transparent messaging plan Leverage a multipronged approach Video, Wiki, Social, Email and more
-Help with VP and his staffs messaging including slideware etc.
-Coordinate for webinars on technologies and processes
-Help build and drive an Infrastructure community on social ( WIKI)
-Provide a forum for commits leverage existing forums, but enhance scope to cover formal signoffs on key initiatives/ programs
2. People Connection and Team building
-Provide visibility to cross service programs and teams and people (for exceptional performance, or even red flags)
-Enable platform for cross functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
