The Sun’s Transit

The planet Sun transits through the twelve signs of the zodiac on its annual journey and spends about one month in each sign. The sun’s position on a person’s birthday therefore determines his/her star sign. The sun represents personal pride, ego, authority, power, leadership qualities, health and vitality etc. The sun also symbolizes creativity and influences the fun side of our life like sports, recreational activities, holidays and other social events etc. Astrologically the Sun is the centre of our existence and all our daily affairs tend to revolve around this centre.
