Well, the Grouch attended the 2012 Dayton Hamvention last weekend. I think the gang and I had the best time ever. I rode the motorcycle a total of 948 miles in the dry. Our stay at the Drury Inn was also mighty fine. The Drury was a little more expensive but it was well worth the difference. We'll be back at the Drury next year.
As usual we visited our favorite Hooters on Miller Lane where we were waited on hand a foot by many smiling young ladies.
In fact we even invited Hooter girl, Ashley to visit us at the hamfest, and she did! She says she's going to school to be an RN one day.
Last Thursday we spent most of the day at the Dayton Air Museum which is always the best free entertainment you can find.
And of course all of us old farts spent the rest of the weekend at the hamfest.
And when it's all said and done, it is good to finally head for home!
