Some Friday WTF?!

Its Friday morning and I'm not sure if I've had a serious thought run through my head all week... and I'm not about to start now. But I've already blown my load this week (in more ways than one) using pictures of women in almost nothing, and can't go back to that well.... what to do now, what to do....

So we're just going to go with a bit of WTF? for this Friday morning. As in WTF is that thing up above me here. This chick has her head wrapped like a pork roast. If she keeps this for a few more days do you think her face will stay that way? Quick, someone slap her.....

If you've been wondering how such a stud like myself could still be on the open market after all of the displays of my greatness, ponder it no more. The proof is right here, the perfect girl for me is out there, unfortunately, someone beat me to her. If that's not the wedding for this guy, I don't know what is.

You have to go to this page though, its where I got this pic from, and MAN do they have some funny ones....

This is the kind of outside the box thinking that I'm talking about... fast, efficient, cost effective and always gets it done.... why can't we be more like the Japanese, its no wonder they lead the world in everything, they've even got the market cornered on how to kill yourself right... in front of a live audience no less.

This would be even more disturbing if you knew where this toilet was.... the Men's room.... in Penn Station....

Talk about your romantic vacations pictures. The absolute best part of this photo is the smiley face across his ass. Does it make me weird that the first question that came to my mind was if he was coming or going?

The gift that keeps giving. To everybody. Don't I keep telling you all that there are a million things in this world to be thankful for?

You didn't think I'd go an entire piece without having one smoking hot beauty in here, did you? Of course not! Seriously, I actually know this girl, I spoke about her in my very 1st ever post and believe it or not she's really cool. The same can't be said for most that look like her. And for all of the "famous" people that are supposedly doing so well, she's got a much bigger internet presence than a lot of them. Keep up the good.... yeah....

Its feeding time. I bet you didn't know that camels eat their prey head first. I don't care how old he is, or what the situation is that brought this about.... if a camel eats your head, I'm pretty much convinced that you deserve it!

Is that a dog or an R.O.U.S? "Rodents Of Unusual Size? I don't think they exist."

In the hot tub with your baby, a muppet, and you're brand new pink AK-47 with banana clip..... PRICELESS! There's so many places you can go with this that I don't even know where to start, but I have no doubt these people know just how to end it.....

Huh. When a bum freezing his nuts off on a bench looks down passed his cigarette on you and has to ask himself... WTF?!.... and you're going to be responsible for whatever happens to that kid in your belly. Somehow the rest of us are going to have to pay the price for this one.

Penn State University has just unveiled the Jerry Sandusky Children's Center....

Uh.... yeah.... he must have come from the same home as the woman at the top beginning of the piece.... Honestly, I can't hate. That English girl I was sleeping with told me that she couldn't give me what she was looking for. Now she's going out with this guy.

Supergirl, I love you. What a perfect uniform. I don't know what it is that I did wrong, but it was completely unforgivable... and now this superhero is going to have to punish me!

Bring out the gimp! Don't lie, you're that asshole on all fours looking the other way, we all know it, and now your secrets out! I know, I know, that's not fair.... these are the poor bastards that Supergirl up top caught. This is the punishment she doles out.... careful what you wish for pal!

Honestly, I don't see the problem here. This is probably the most lifelike drawing I've ever seen. You had just better watch yourself buddy, I hear Timmy the cat fucker is on the prowl, and that's bound to be looking pretty good to him.

That's real business that Timmy the cat fucker thing. We used to know a guy named Timmy that fucked cats and told everyone about it. That's not the crazy part of it. The crazy thing is that every girl he had sex with looked like Supergirl or my amazingly hot friend up there. And that doesn't surprise me in the slightest. It only goes to proves the people you women think are great.....

When I saw this I couldn't help but cry. This same exact thing happened to my brother. He was 12 at the time walking my 130 lb Rotty when she saw a squirrel and took off after it. She dragged that kid half a block on his stomach like some old Cowpoke getting lynched, it was GREAT!

This was taken in my high school locker room. No, seriously, this is what they used to do in there. Just be happy they haven't started playing leap frog yet... yeah, that happened too. Look at the smiles on their faces, they're loving this. Except for maybe that first guy on the left, what's with the blowers cramp? Maybe he's the engine today.

CLASSY! That's very lady like, and you told me they don't make women the way that they used to anymore.... All I know is that Toledo Firefighters don't fuck around! She's doing that mid conversation too, back home we call that a good woman!

Right now she's thinking.... "I wonder if he notices...."

Ron and Harry have always been so close.... special friends.... keep the magic in your pants fellas....

Baby.... you've got your spare tire... I've got mine. I can't be sure, but I don't think those are Michelin tires. Mom's got some hammers though, doesn't she. At what point does he say, you know what would make this the perfect romantic moment.... the donut from my Dodge! But hey, whatever works right? You can't hide that look of love in their eyes....

This right here is my retirement plan. I've got it all worked out. And since I'm plum out of spare tires... and I don't fuck cats... it may be a while before some gorgeous thing gives me those same longing looks, so I had better pucker up my asshole and get my yellow ready....

Now that we've gone over all of this nonsense, it appears as if the boys have my plans for the weekend all set up and ready to go, so I had better get out of here. That little guy is an impatient prick, hates when we keep him waiting. Until now though, I never realized how much he resembles Tony Fuckface.... spitting image.....

Until next time...

Later People!

Dubai round-up, Day 1

The first day of the first official IRB sevens has finished, largely predictably, but with some surprises. The first surprise seems to be that felt by the Australian captain (right). Clearly no-one had told her that she would be forced to wear this natty little ensemble instead of the hallowed Green and Gold. She is not happy, is she? What colour would you call it? Gang-green maybe? Slightly nausea

Alicia Keys working on bringing an end to HIV/AIDS: a documentary airs on World AIDS day

December 1 is the World AIDS day. The day has been observed throughout the world with due solemnity and dignity. People also have had the opportunity to celebrate a few important developments in the battle against this epidemic: deaths are down, a cure is in sight and better drugs are saving lives.

For Alicia Keys, singer-songwriter, record producer, and occasional actress, this day was a little bit special. The singer’s documentary, “Keep a Child Alive with Alicia Keys,” airs on World AIDS Day. The TV show follows the performer and five young adults as they visit “Keep a Child Alive” funded sites in South Africa. Keys told CNN, “I want people to feel like you can do something about this (epidemic).”

Keys started her charity, Keep a Child Alive, in 2003. It assists those affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India. She says she hopes the film reaches out to those who want to help, but can't make it to Africa.

"Even if you never have been able to travel there, or if you never can, that doesn't mean you can't travel with us and really see it for yourself," she said.

Alicia Keys and her fellow singer U2 frontman Bono are heading to Washington, DC today to talk to Presidents Obama, Clinton and Bush about what’s next in the battle against AIDS.

BSNYC Single Speed Quiz-Taking World Championships!

In yesterday's post, I mentioned 20th century swimsuit model Christie Brinkley in the context of the movie "National Lampoon's Vacation," which most critics agree is the greatest road movie in the history of cinema. In mentioning her, I used a still from the iconic Ferrari scene in that film, but accomplished artist Erik K subsequently pointed out that this one would have been more appropriate:

Please note that I have excised the gluteal muscles in order to protect those of you who toil in workplaces subject to puritanical mores, but if you'd like to see what the human posterior looked like during the Carter administration you can do so here. Sure, I'd like to live in a society in which people could study historical images like this freely while pretending to work, but there's no way I could sleep at night knowing that even a single member of the 99% lost his or her job merely for the sake of some "vintage tuchus."

Speaking of the 99%, if you're participating in an #Occupy protest in Portland and are looking for someplace to hold an "epic" 36-hour drumming circle, why not break into this Fredly dream house "curated" by a member of the 1%?

As much as they're enjoying their new home, the Butlers' favorite feature is across their bluestone courtyard. Their three-room bicycle garage is made of the same materials, and has floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors in the fitness room that open to the same courtyard as the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in the main house's dining room. In addition to the hot-water station and sauna for after cold-weather rides, there's a washer and dryer and clothing cabinets for all their cycling gear.

Well good for them. Unfortunately though, this article is going to bring them considerable grief, since having 600 square foot "garage" in Portland that contains no handmade bicycles nor even a single "bake feets" is surely in violation of several local zoning ordinances. Plus, they're sure to feel the wrath of the local "bike culture." I mean, come on, this is Portland! Where the hell is the artisanal commuting bike with the giant lunchbox on the front? Where are all the Speedvagens? Where's the one-off Chris King stainless steel door hardware?!? In Portland, walking into a room like this and seeing words like "Langster" and "Jamis" is like going into the kitchen and finding Folgers instead of Stumptown.

At the very least, they better have a closet full of Rapha in there, if not an actual Rapha-clad butler-slash-soigneur who rubs overpriced embrocation into their legs while they sip their Folgers before every training ride. And speaking of Rapha, it would appear that Raphagate is still kicking, for you can now by this t-shirt:

Epic.

With that out of the way, I'm pleased to present you with a quiz. As always, study the item, think--think!--and click on your answer. If you're right you are the Single Speed Quiz-Taking World Champion and should report immediately to the podium for tattooing, and if you're wrong you'll see a clash of cultures.

Thanks very much for reading, ride safe, and have a safe ride.

INDIA, DIABETES AWARENESS RALLY

LITTLE AWARENESS ABOUT RISKS,
COMPLICATIONS OF DIABETES
Coimbatore, India (The Hindu) - When queried, most people seemed to be aware of the genetic factors and common symptoms of diabetes, but very few had a clear understanding of its types, risks, complications and the need for screening and early detection. As many as 300 people took part in the cycle rally and road show, conducted as part of the campaign to create awareness on diabetes. Around 75 patients from the Coimbatore Diabetes Foundation and 200 students from Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology, took part in the rally. According to Dr. Sekar, founder and chief consultant diabetologist at the Coimbatore Diabetes Foundation, from 2009 to 2013 World Diabetes Day has been centered on the theme 'Diabetes Education and Prevention'. Unhealthy diet was one major cause of the disorder. People focused on reducing the quantity of food but were unaware of the caloric value of food items they consumed. "That was why we decided to focus on creating awareness among the public about this", he said.

Around 16-18 per cent of the population in the city suffered from diabetes, Dr. Sekhar said and added that modification in lifestyle was the best way to fight it. Walking 5 km a day and a healthy diet would keep diseases away. Refrigerated food deprived it of nutritional value. Taking preserved and pre-cooked food could do more harm than good to the body, he added. Yearly check-up to detect blood sugar and cholesterol levels, blood pressure and body weight was important. Glycohaemoglobin or HbA1c test to detect long-term blood sugar level would give more accurate results, Dr. Sekar said. In Tirupur, a rally was taken out by Lotus Eye Hospital and Rotary Club of Gandhinagar to convey the message of a good lifestyle management to prevent metabolic disorders such as diabetes. Various organisations such as Lions Clubs conducted free blood sugar check-ups for the public across the city.

According to Dr. V. Sekar, Only around 10-15 per cent of people are aware of diabetes. There is very little awareness even about health indicators such as body mass index (BMI). Fast food is rich in calories and low in nutritional value whereas fruits and vegetables give sufficient nutrients free of excess calories. Volunteers from The Hindu distributed free copies of the newspaper along with pamphlets giving information on caloric value of food items.  It is an example worthy of imitation, raising awareness about healthy living and vegetarian food.

WHAT DO THE VEDIC TEACHINGS TELL US?
The Ayurveda system is based more on promotion of the physical, mental, and spiritual well being and balance than on treatment of illness. Modern medicine has long paid attention to the pathological state of various ailments and has been primarily concerned with treatment of the disease and symptoms. Ayurveda, on the other hand, treats the whole being, going to the root cause of the discomfort and its aggravation and giving a basic plan of action for disease prevention. Modern medicine recently has turned its direction toward preventive aspects, thanks to the lead given by Ayurveda and other allied alternative systems. ... The interaction of the body humors, called doshas, determines the physical as well as the mental makeup of an individual. The therapy is essentially directed at wholesome vegetarian food, a righteous and pure living style, and natural healing remedies. A long and healthy life is essentially linked to a moral and ethical lifestyle that promotes peace of mind.

Gwyneth Paltrow:on racial diversity and the Black community

More Photos: Click
'Shakespeare in Love' star Gwyneth Paltrow  has spoken out again about her cutting-edge coming of age experiences, specifically being at the forefront of the reform of race relations in America. Paltrow’s ability to annoy and irritate by being simultaneously unaware of her privilege while condescending every other person in the rest of America is so prolific, and her recent comments about her dad’s work on an 80′s TV show as a testament to her being down-ness is so tone deaf it’s almost offensive.

In an interview that's sure to have her many haters foaming at the mouth, outspoken actress Gwyneth Paltrow sat down with noted author/music executive Steve Stoute for his AOL Huff Post series, The Tanning Effect, and cleared her view on racial diversity and the Black community.  Why Upper East Sider GP is an authority on topics such as Black hair, diversity on magazine covers and representations of Black people in the media seems limited to the fact that her father, Bruce Paltrow, created a groundbreaking television show (The White Shadow, about a white guy who teaches basketball to inner-city kids) and her friendship with her besties, Jay-Z and Beyoncé. Nevertheless, here's some of what she had to say:

This 39 year-old Oscar- and Golden Globe-winning actress said,  ”And that show that he did — I mean, obviously we were there a lot, but it was interesting to see that culturally start to permeate. And he did a lot of ‘firsts’ on that show. He had the first interracial kiss ever. It was a good show.” (Editor’s Note: As a point of fact, the first televised interracial kiss was between William Shatner and Nichelle Nichols on “Star Trek” in 1968.)

Paltrow added, “I don’t want to bemoan the fact that it should’ve happened 50 years ago, because it’s here now. And it’s like the way I see it is that I have two little kids who are understanding the world in a time when Rihanna is on the cover of Vogue, and we have a black president. So their eyes are being as if they’re experiencing the world for the first time… When my daughter understood what a president was, it was a black man. It’s not like me, where I grew up with all of these old white guys one after another … Their perspective on race and everything is completely open and completely different to how it was when I was a kid.”
