Rick Perry has apologized. He has apologized for calling those of us that disagree with his instate tuition plan "heartless".
No apology necessary, governor. Like I said before, if protecting the borders of the United States is heartless, then I am heartless. You should be apologizing for not acting like a conservative on this important issue of illegal immigration. I have a feeling the conservative base is just not going to support someone giving handouts to illegals. They broke the law, governor, they broke the law.
