Workshop description:
This workshop will provide an insight on international standards of contemporary professional team culture. It
will provide an opportunity for interactive discussion amongst participants on effective team building.
Goal:
To develop outcome based effective and efficient multi-disciplinary team building skills.
Workshop Objectives:
By the end of the workshop the participants will be able to:
1. Define and understand the outcomes.
2. Identify how to apply at best the establishment phases of an effective professional team.
Target audience:
All carers involved in health care provision, especially focusing on post graduate trainees and junior consultants

This workshop will provide hands on experience to develop discipline based competencies and their applications.
Goal:
To develop outcome based curricula and competencies related to their respective disciplines for Post Graduate
Medical Education.
Workshop Objectives:
By the end of the workshop the participants will be able to:
1. Define and understand the outcomes.
2. Identify how to apply at best two of the outcomes to their disciplines.
