Title: Training-Instructional Design
Contract: 3+months (renewed quarterly)
Location: Milpitas, CA
The Instructional Designer designs, develops, and delivers appropriate training for the impacted audience to enable them to execute their job successfully in the new/changed environment by building the required knowledge and skills
Key Deliverables
Training Approach/Strategy
Training Workplan
Training Impacts Sheet
Training Curriculum/Outline
Training Materials (include ILTs, VoDs, and performance support materials such as job aids, user guides, tip sheets)
Training Schedule
Training Delivery and Support (includes training delivery and follow-up support sessions)
Training Evaluation Metrics (to measure effectiveness of the training)
Expectations
-Instructional Designer must consider, design, and deploy the appropriate blend of training methodology and delivery platform based on the audience group and business/application requirements
-Instructional Designer should utilize the standard review and approval flow, and work with any other Instructional Designers from related projects to ensure that plans are aligned and coordinated.
-Instructional Designer should liaison with Assessment Team regularly and keep them updated about new/modified/out-of-scope impacts
-The Instructional Designer should manage risks related to training and escalate issues that require attention of the CM PM.
